Our e-Service portal provides employers a single online resource with the administrative functions to manage all lines of coverages in the employer benefit plan.
The portal is a secure web site where you enroll new employees, terminate coverage, submit changes to employee information, request I.D. cards, and access benefit information, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from the convenience of your home or office.
The traditional enrollment of an employee includes filling out applications for each carrier, individually contacting the different carriers, and waiting days for approval and confirmation.
e-Services consolidates the process with a single place to enter benefit plan changes for employees that are then completed across all plans, no matter how many plans are offered, and completed in real time eliminating delays for benefits to be in place
