Brad’s approach with clients is to fully understand their short/long term strategies and how he can support aligning their total employee compensation package, with their employee benefits programs, to support employers recruiting and retention strategies.
Brad has a B.A. degree from Washington State University and a Healthcare MBA from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland Oregon and a Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS) Designation.
