With over 10 years of employee benefit experience in claim data analytics, reporting, and analysis, he is able to provide innovative and creative strategies to help employers attract and retain top talent with their benefit brand.

He grew up in the Yakima area and developed a strong work ethic managing orchard operations and seasonal workers in the fruit industry before moving to Western Washington to attend college.

Alfonso graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Economics and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
